Womb Wisdom Clarity Sessions are sacred containers for women reclaiming their bodily wisdom + hormonal vitality. All sessions are held via Zoom. The initial session is up to 90 minutes + follow-up sessions are 60 minutes in length. Each virtual session includes 7-day access to me via Telegram (Tues-Friday) for voice note support, a follow up email with details around what we discussed along with a recommended integration plan for you to reference on your journey.

This is a 1:1 journey with me which includes 6 sessions together over a span of 3 months. After your 3 month journey, you'll discover your unique cycle challenges have been brought into greater balance, and you'll have a deeply embodied + sovereign relationship with your womb, your feminine body + your intuition.
Together we'll dive deeply into the Feminine Medicine Wheel + Cycle Tracking which includes guiding you on how to track your cycle in a somatic way.
