Yet, birthing outside the system does not need you need to birth alone.
I deeply believe + trust in a woman's ability to self-direct her pregnancy and birth her baby.
And, I know the importance of having wise support + care during one of the most sacred initiations in a woman's life.

For in-person birthkeeper support, I serve women + families within a 2-hour radius from the Tulsa area. This support can be throughout your pregnancy and/or immediately following the birth + into your postpartum.

In-Person Support
Serving within a 2-hour radius of Tulsa, Oklahoma including parts of NW Arkansas
This offering is for women interested in a freebirth, or unassisted birth, with devoted aftercare. With this type of support, you can request I arrive just before or right after your baby is born. I will quickly + discreetly tidy up your birth space, while honoring your birth portal + postpartum halo.
Every mama should be able to soak in the sacred moments after birth without worrying about tidying up or tending to her physical needs alone. With the utmost devotion + attention to detail, I help restore your home and birth area into a clean + comfortable space so you can fully sink into newborn cuddles + experience the depth of love of your newly expanded family.
Upon arriving I can support your placental birth if desired, and tend to her depending on your wishes. I'll support you in getting comfortably settled into bed with warm socks + blankets, herbal tea, bone broth and a warm meal. I’ll ensure you have the necessities at your bedside, including a stack of extra towels to bleed on and baby care items within arms reach.
Expect to receive herbal warm yoni compresses or sitz baths for when you're ready, homeopathic remedies and a full peri bottle in your bathroom. I can also provide discrete candid photos to capture those first moments as a newborn family.
Before leaving, I also ensure any laundry from the birth is completely handled + put away and your kitchen is tidied up.

This offering is for women who yearn for wise woman support as they navigate pregnancy outside the system, and this support may not be possible in their local community.
With Virtual Birth Support, I'm available for phone or video sessions where we talk through unassisted/free birth coaching, dream birth visioning, sovereign birth education + inner-standing the physiologic aspects of birth, postpartum planning + more.
We will talk on the phone, or have video calls via Signal or FaceTime. As you navigate your sovereign pregnancy and have questions, big emotions, drama, excitement or fear come up that you want to process together, I'm here to witness you + support you through those moments.
During your birthing window I am also available to be on-call for phone support and can assist in finding you local postpartum practitioners.
